
Ingredients
2 ½ c cooked diced chicken
8 oz cream cheese
8 oz sour cream
1 t adobo seasoning
4 tbsp dried chives
15 small flour tortillas
24 oz Queso Enchilada Sauce
Directions
In microwave safe bowl, melt the cream cheese and sour cream together. Fold in chives, adobo and chicken. Place 3 T of filling along the center of each tortilla. Roll up and place in 9×13 oven dish. Top with enchilada sauce. Bake at 350 until cheese in bubbling and turning golden.
